General infoPosted by Lara Pajewski Sat, December 16, 2017 23:33:59
TU1208 GPR Association was founded in September 2017 as a follow up of the COST Action TU1208 "Civil engineering applications of Ground Penetrating Radar," to keep the scientific network alive, continue the excellent work that was done in the framework of the Action, and further support cooperation between Universities, research centres, private companies and public agencies active in the Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) field.

To join the Association, please visit http://gpradar.eu/tu1208/ and read the instructions in the right column. The Association welcomes applications from all experts working in the GPR field (not only from those who were participating in the COST Action TU1208).

Dear all, as probably most of you already know, it is starting a cost action called SAGA (the Soil Science & Archaeo-Geophysics Alliance: going beyond prospection), CA number 17131. There is the first meeting in Crete on March 4-6 and I am going. Within this cost action, I would like to develop some studies on the positioning of high frequency GPR antennas on vertical surfaces. If someone is interested in possible collaborations with me on this topic please let me know: I am looking for interested people.
Kind regards,
Raffaele.
